This jewel is nestled in the Pine Mountain Georgia foothills, centrally located in Downtown—super easy access to anywhere in Georgia and a short-day trip from Alabama.

Please Note!!!  We have 3 floors in this home, so there are ABSOLUTELY STAIRS INVOLVED in this stay. The home is owner occupied, and you will be sharing the home with other guests. This property also has a manager on site. The parking lot is rocked and well lit, so there are no mud fests during rainy times.

The first floor has 4 rooms and an all-guest shared kitchen, living room and laundry room. This ground floor has a wraparound porch with plenty of outdoor seating.  Out the back door is a deck with more comfortable seating—ready for stargazing!   The kitchen is on the 1st floor, supplied with an air fryer, microwave, range/oven, Fridge and all the basic cooking/dining essentials.  There is even an extra fridge on the 2nd floor!

The second floor has 5 guest rooms and a gathering room that easily spills onto an extended outdoor, covered balcony.  Each room in the home is double occupancy with a King, Queen or Twin bed(s).
